Schools

With a background and extensive experience as a Health and Physical Education teacher, I combine my knowledge of the field and the need to address Mental Health and Well-being issues with my Coaching and Facilitating skills to bring the following services:

PRIMARY SCHOOLS

Presentations and workshops for Students:

Rock Bottom Jump Program

For all schools which are concerned with their students’ Mental Health and Well-being, this provides purpose and key skills for self-care, unlike any current practices and beyond the Health Curriculum, to ensure students enjoy happier, more harmonious lives, away from any form of self-harm.

The program does not only benefit those struggling with mental health issues, but also everyone else in terms of finding direction in their lives and learning to manage stress and how to overcome difficulties.

In an engaging an interactive way, the presenter empowers students to take charge of their lives, and direct them towards where they want them to be, with and effective set of tools for troubleshooting their way through.

The Rock Bottom Jump Program consists of the following 1-hour sessions:

  1. Purpose and Alignment: Working out the right Direction

  3. Values and Beliefs: Finding the best version of themselves
  4. Practical application: The day to day life
